What a visitor gets
They do not sign in, and they do not need an account. They can ask, and they read the answer. They do not get your documents — the widget answers out of them, it does not hand them over.
What it costs you
There is no account behind an anonymous visitor to bill, so these conversations are paid for by you. A widget on a quiet page costs nearly nothing; a widget on your busiest page is a real line item. Check it against your balance before putting it on a landing page.
Before you paste it
Ask your brain the five questions your visitors actually arrive with. If it cannot answer them, the widget will not fix that — it will just be the place where everyone finds out.
